Nisha’s Gems never stores your card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:

  • Order Details

If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our customer support team.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes across India.

Please note:

  • COD availability depends on your delivery location.
  • Nisha’s Gems reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, high-value orders, or remote locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply, if applicable.

Shipping Policy

We carefully pack every jewellery piece to ensure it reaches you safely and securely.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • If there is any delay in processing your order, our team will notify you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India on eligible orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Nisha’s Gems proudly ships to customers worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and package weight.
  • Delivery generally takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or shared before order confirmation.

Delivery Issues

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside India:
